Pros

1. You make a lot of friends here. 2. Good training program if you don't have a STEM degree. 3. Good starting job if you can't find a programming job. 4. Relaxing work environment because there is no manager in the office. 5. You get contracts from big companies. If you get an offer for the training and you can't get a job elsewhere, just come. It doesn't hurt because there is no hidden fee for the training. Free hotel yah! You can leave at any time you want without paying a penny

Cons

1. The training program is too easy for people who know about programming and too hard for people who have never done any kind of programming before. There are chefs, sales representatives. veterans, writers, etc., and 80% of fail because it's too hard for someone who doesn't know programming at all to learn how to code after 8 weeks of training. 2. The starting salary is about 30K. You get 15% raise every 6 months ONLY IF you're not on bench.
