A great family based company that stands by it people and its services

Pros

Great training and introduction to the company. It seems that the management and team really cares about the employees as people, Benefits are good. They introduce you to their products and services and educate you in the business of pest control. Cook's is a Family and Faith oriented company. If you have an issue with this it may not be the right place for you. Several of my peers have moved up in the company from starting positions. Genuinely supportive, ethical and caring people are on my team. I can't say this about all the teams I have worked with in the past.

Cons

None encountered so far. There could be more interaction between the departments in my opinion, but that could be because of my department function.

Can't trust Upper Management They will tell you that they are having record breaking sales and profits but then cut and lay off entire departments "due to budget cuts"
