      They watch out for themselves and promote legacy employees before anyone else if you ain’t in the family you got to work hard to get on top my manager worked there over 10 years in his same position before they would even think to move him up and he had to move states to do it

      Very little micromanagement. Solitude was good.

      Cons

      Low pay for commercial techs. Residential techs made more. Pay was confusing. Nobody could understand or explain why Pay was lower or higher some months. Despite working the same damnstops every month?
