      To start off, this company has a fantastic community filled with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Everyone employed is ready and willing to help each and every individual that walks through our door. Customer support, Technician integrity, Education, Professionalism, Promptness, and reliability, Cool Today has it all. Bottom Line, Cool Today cares about everyone in contact with them and respects every individual brought into the Cool Today family. We strive everyday to put our best foot forward and be better than yesterday. Glad to be a part of the team and look forward to the future to come!

      Cons

      The one and only "con" of Cool Today is that we aren't nation wide to provide service to everyone!

      Pros

      The managers in naples really protect the crew from the bs in central. Pay is good. Trucks are amazing. Management in my officer is amazing.

      Dispatch for dollars. You’ll drive all over the country cause you’re the “selling tech”

      A culture of supporting employees both professionally, personally, and protecting their safety.

      Pros

      Very few companies employ full time technical advisors and safety directors. The Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical industry is always changing. Cool Today recognizes this and provides continuous education in both technical and safety. By keeping employees current on new technology, and having a full time technical support person on staff, they can provide excellent service to customers, as well as feel that they are supported when the need arises, and not abandoned and left alone. By developing a culture of safety, our employees can have the confidence to do their jobs, with little risk to their safety. The benefits package is far better than offered by most companies. Health insurance, disability insurance, 401K, dental, vision, etc, all make Cool Today shine above the average employer.

      Cons

      This is a company that is growing rapidly and has full time work all year around. If you are afraid of work, not ambitious and not committed to giving your best to the customers, this is not the job for you.
