      Pros

      The people that work here are phenomenal. We all work together towards the same goal: customer retention and relationships. Everyone from department managers down to field employees are customer focused and there to support one another. The company pays well and there is always opportunities to move up.

      Long hours at times but that comes with the territory

      Pros

      Cool Today used to be a good company but they seemed to have lost their way.

      Cons

      Technicians are more salesman than technicians. I along with other techs took a reduction in pay. This company has become all about the money. They forgot about the customers and their employees
