      Corporate has made a lot of changes that no longer feel like a great company. Their focus isn’t what it seemed like it used to be.

      Local management supports employees, but corporate micromanages

      Local management care about their employees. Charlotte branch is great to work for company it self is going in the wrong direction with new plans and micro management.
