Good Perks, people, nice office.

Cons

Leadership, managers, too many levels Managers > AD’s> Directors. Getting promoted is who you know not metric based. No metrics, lack of process. Lack of leadership, lack of accountability. Company culture does not align with team culture. It gets pretty toxic at times.
