Pros

Lots of room for growth within the company. They definitely give you the opportunity to prove yourself. Pay is decent and benefits. Always try to work with you no matter what. I was hired for the production floor (general labor) and they let me work my way up to achieve my personal goals I had set for Coopers.

Cons

Communication could be better, always room for improvement.

Pros

Cooper Farms is a family owned company that I have enjoyed working for. They are extremely flexible and family oriented, which isn't like most companies. The people I work with every day promote good culture, making it so easy to come into work every day. I have built so many relationships! I have grown a lot in my career during my time here and that is all due to Cooper Farms belief in promoting from within. I have been given so many opportunities that most companies wouldn't consider giving to someone so new in the company. I have a long path ahead of me in my career and I am excited to stay with Cooper Farms to continue to grow!

Cons

There's always room for improvement here at Cooper Farms, but I strongly believe all team members are on board with the improvements and changes to come!

Pros

Cooper Farms is a family owned company and that is reflected in how the company is ran. Cooper Farms offers me the flexibility and good work environment. The company is in the business of feeding America. Everyone needs to eat, therefore, we don't have to worry about job security or fluctuating markets. The health insurance is also great. Cooper Farms has an offsite health clinic where the visit, prescriptions, and labs are free of charge (for you and your kids on insurance over the age of 3). They are good at getting you in the office in a decent time and take the time to get to know you. This has saved my family and me a lot of money!

Cons

The wages are not competitive with where the market is at. However, when you take into account the flexibility, perks, and little things they do to make you feel valued and appreciated, it does outweigh the salary.
