      Need better on-boarding process/training, good benefits package

      Good 401k company match & contribution, great salaried vacation policy (20 paid days minimum, regardless of length of employment), most co-workers are great people, can actually reasonably get into contact with CEO if need be

      Cons

      prone to surprise lay-offs, fluctuating leadership structure, experience will differ dramatically depending on tier one customer & manager, high stress, irregular over-time required, poor training

      Pay and benefits. Peers and management. Work environment

      Cons

      High Workload, lack or little of accountability, reduced structures in mfg plants that affects tasks completion on time. Overworked plant teams. It seems like Promotions will be filled with outsiders.
