      Unfair and hostile work environment

      I can't think of anything that is fair about this company

      Cons

      You will be threatened if you report unsafe acts and will have no choice but to quit if you report an unsafe life threatening act. The co workers will threaten you and they will keep their job and you will be done with this company. If you value your life don't work here. Coorstek will let almost anyone on a forklift and that is a safety hazard. I had to walk out on my job because the toxic hostile environment was bad. However, the 3rd shift supervisor wants you to come snitch others and it only leads to the employees being snitched on getting upset and threatening. If anyone else has experienced this while working at Coorstek please contact me as I'm in the process of taking advantage of our legal system.

      Decent pay Lots of parking

      Cons

      Lack of management Very toxic environment All against all attitudes No communication Plans change daily Nobody knows what they are doing including management. No raises in pay. Schedule changes daily or weekly depending on whatever management feels like. Plant manager is not a nice man and will do everything in his power to look good. All around not worth the headache for what the pay and job is. There is lots of racism here. If you are not white and dress nice you will not fit in here.
