Pros

Pleasant work setting, ample time off to take care of medical issues, lots of company parties and free lunches.

Cons

Managers only care about taking free lunches from suppliers, finding ways to get themselves raises/bonuses at others' expense, serving their own interests, and doing the same thing every day with no change allowed. Company is run like a country club for elitists (good old boy network), nobody cares about making money or saving money. Military Veterans and the Disabled are despised and left out in the cold. Many employees working there have serious drug problems, smoking weed outside the offices is common. Diversity and inclusion is not existent, as you will find a small number of minorities working there.

Not So Amazing Solutions

Pros

Great location wise. Room to move up. 401k match (6%). Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Acquired PTO - only about 3 hours every 2 weeks. No sick days. Must have 24hrs pre-approval before taking a sick day (or a day off) or it counts against you and goes on your review. You're expected to be a zombie - absolutely no interaction with other co-workers or you may be written up for it. Terrible differential if on an off-shift. They hire extremely inexperienced people off the streets, some who don't have a diploma or even a GED. Management and Co-Workers alike are extremely backstabbing. Extremely poor management, no lead or supervisor on off shifts so no one to turn to, and absolutely no one to have your back. They refuse to get a night-shift lead even when employees are asking for one. They pay extremely poorly, you're almost better off working at Goodtimes for about the same pay. Co-Workers will teach and train you the minimum because of "job security". They will fire you for just about anything they can to justify it if the plant is slow. You are guilty until proven innocent, and even then you're probably still guilty. Overall a really bad place to work for the long-haul.
