Pros
There are some wonderful and talented people in the organization. They put their hearts and deep work ethics into it. Admirable and full of potential. Now they keep their heads down, as needed to do their great work and avoid the ignorant moves of the "mis-leadership".
Cons
Throughout the Golden facilities (and evident elsewhere), false leaders have taken over. The "leadership" culture has had no structure, and zero accountability for too many years. This has left a void that is now, after years, happily filled with non-leader, vision-less clowns and impersonator authorities who are now driving the organization into the ground. Middle and upper talented candidates beware. Vision or high performance will be met with, and beaten down. Trumped by the narrow minded ignorance of the foolish leadership. Entry level applicants, give it a try if you need a paycheck and it is convenient. But you will probably end up reconsidering within 6 months. I recommend starting anywhere else.
