Horrible communication, they will work you beyond exhaustion if you let them
Pros
Flexible scheduling. They're trying to build a sense of community and boost morale but not many people participate. Paid holidays and PTO (though you have to work there forever to get decent PTO accrual).
Cons
Communication is TERRIBLE, supervisors sometimes impossible to get hold of. Changes constantly being made with little to no notice then consequences for not following new procedure. They will work you 13 hour days 6 days a week if you let them, expecting you to give up your life outside work for them. Production scheduling is completely bi-polar, little or nothing to do for 2 weeks then suddenly everything gets pushed through all at once causing stress for everyone. Health insurance minimized to HDHP with very high deductibles. They keep hiring people but sales aren't rising, wouldn't be surprised if a huge layoff happens next year.
