Pros

I enjoyed being able to use my own ideas to complete the machines and fixtures that I was responsible for making.

Cons

Unfortunately, I didn't have the seniority to keep the job after China's financial problems caused our customers to cancel some of their contracts.

Pros

If you know someone in management who already works here you're set for life. Other than that, no pros at all.

Cons

Good Ole boy system. If you went to high school with management and know nothing then you have a great future with this company in OKC. All others are doomed no matter how qualified you are. Pay is horrible, HR is beyond horrible and does whatever they want no matter if it is ethically correct or even legal. Management is a joke. The only people who actually work barely make over minimum wage.
