Great 401k, fun co-workers, cool locations, good company to start your career in, as your job will likely have a very large scope so you will gain lots if experience.

Cons

I was tasked with the job of a manager but was not allowed the title or pay of a manager because of my inexperience. The company is way behind the curve in culture, technology and amenities. They put all their money into projects that look flashy for their customers like building modifications for tours, but need to be spending it on things that show their employees they are valued.

Nice supervisors. Decent opening hourly wage. Opportunity to advance. Interesting work.

Cons

Health benefits are better than some, but I'm used to benefits that you get working for a hospital. Not a huge fan, but pretty good compared to most employers.

Community involovement opportunities. Decent denefits.

Cons

Low pay, no leadership, no follow throu from management. They will tell you what you wanna hear to get you to leave them alone for awhile. No room for advancement.
