      Overtime available, a regular day ends at 4pm (before rush hour)

      Cons

      If you clock in 10 mins late you get a warning. Houston traffic is hard to predict sometimes so a little more flexibility would be nice

      Pros

      They have their own credit union, own medical plaza with doctors, and really concentrate on their employees. Family oriented business in a large corporate setting.

      Cons

      Very fast paced work that leaves you a bit stressed overall if you fall behind. But with any production or distribution company, you can expect the same.

      Company has majority market share in many of its product lines. Excellent technical capabilities. Good opportunities for advancements. With multiple plants there are more opportunities with transfers.

      Cons

      Hourly employees are subject to mandatory overtime whenever business needs require it. This can be a serious hardship for single parents.
