      Decent pay and a lot of great benefits.

      Cons

      Poor management in branch’s as well as corporate. Management does not address or handle problems. There is a a serious lack of professionalism in the office. (Cussing in front of customers, employees and on the phone).

      Good pay, good hours. It's an easy job you just have to do it correctly

      Outside positions are exposed to the elements year round. If you can adapt to that you'll be ok.
