The most vacation you can accrue per year is 3 weeks no matter how long you work there.

Very few employees are good in nature but as company is toomuch fast paced they will also turn out losing patience

Cons

They expect you to work at night irrespective of working hours. Even though job is easy you will not find peace and satisfaction and noone will appreciate for success of project
