Non competitive pay, terrible employee turn over, upper management is clicky, dishonest business practices, fraudulent at times, terrible employee morale, not enough training, just do yourself a favor a stay away

Good pay. Good Benefits. Lots of opportunity for growth. Relatively easy job in itself.

Cons

Poor communication from the top. Lack of proper training and they seem to fall short in providing good customer service external and internally. Insurance is pretty expensive also.
