      “Employees don’t quit their jobs, they quit their managers.”   Some of the great qualities of  "MAS technical manager " of copart are as follows 1. Micro management 2.Plays favouritism 3.Caste favouritism 4. poor listener 5.Incompetent 6.Lacks self-awareness 7. Manages with fear, not fairness 8. Doesn’t live up to workplace values 9.Is complacent about poor performing or toxic team members 10.worst decesion makers (keep on prolong things). Avoid joining MAS team for your own benifit
