Very toxic culture. One big clique, if your face fits and you enjoy gossiping and sniping about other staff members, you'll do fine. If you are above all of this school playground stuff, you won't last long.

- Poor management and Leadership. - Favoritism, Micromanagement. - Non-Technical CISO. - Growth is only on papers but not in practical. - Low Salaries comparatively to market. - Heavy work with no work life balance. - Meetings,Meeting,Meetings..... - No one knows...whats going with the team. - High % of employee turnover. - Low Shift allowance. - Average work hours: 12-13/day - Indian team is treated as slaves. - No support from Local management. - No senior employe would remains not more than 3 months. - Very limited scope for personal growth.
