      NONE that I can think of!!!

      Cons

      Management plays favoritism, unprofessional, bullies. The only care about the seller and keeping them happy to keep the contracts. They don't care how its accomplished or what they have to make "Mandatory" fearmonger you into doing it.

      There are little to no positives working for Copart.

      Cons

      Rampant nepotism, favoritism throughout the company. Raises are less than $1.00 even if you exceed expectations. They will limit your growth in order to promote their friends and family members.
