      plan your own route not on your case all day

      Cons

      salary could be a lot better if you travel to a location and cannot pick up a car through no fault of your own you do not get paid for it going over your 40 hours you do not get paid any overtime

      Worst in management you will be thrown out of the company still your performance is good but if you speak out of any manage t issue in front of the HRs or Directors. They will not even consider people who is about to go for maternity will be treated very hardly and knowing your condition will give more and more work and pressure to complete it. One of the managers is so biased towards male employees that in scrums he will always be on fire for female employees and target them for every single and small thing of the same happens with male employees he will just ask them to be careful next time . This shows the difference.If you speak about these things you will be asked to leave the company no matter what conditions you are in. Not an environmental friendly company. You will be terribly disappointed after all the treatment you go through after joining.
