Very unreasonable when it comes to helping management get pay they deserve. Unless you’re a GM or higher, it doesn’t seem like you matter enough to make your paycheck worth your time and effort.

If your are liked by management they will cover up anything to keep from there yard looking bad. For instance one of our loader operators dropped a car and when our GM gave him a drug test he failed. So our Gm throws away the drug test and that guy is still in a loader to this day. I've seen other operators do several miss loads and it was covered up by our Gm and agm. You get treated like crap by all management talked to like we are dogs unless you are liked. That's just to start I don't have enough time in the day to tell everything that I have seen covered up by management. I love the money and benefits but I cant keep putting up with how thing's are. I hope to see changes very soon or I will have to find another job.
