Pros

This is a fantastic company all in all. Upper management is among the best I have ever experienced at a company.

Cons

The open door policy tends to disappear if you are having an issue with an employee who is friends with the Supervisor. No matter how many times you take your issues to Management, the "yes, you are not the only one who thinks so, we know this is an issue, we are working on it" line gets old after months and months of nothing being done.

Pros

The hour lunch break LOL

Cons

You get the job they give you a set schedule then boom you go into work and your schedule is completely different. The description for the job is completely inaccurate specially the job duties. I was supposed to do one job and It’s maybe my 2nd week and I’m already being tossed around MULTIPLE areas of the call center when I barely had a chance to learn the job title I was originally given. The job description says NOTHING about overtime nothing about even maybe a possibility but everyday I go to work my 8-5 shift they come around at 4:30pm and no earlier than 4:10pm to let some (not all) workers that there is overtime and it’s MANDATORY meaning you will be written up if you don’t stay over. The communication is poor is the call center between managers and workers. I can ask one manager something and ask another and it’ll be two completely different answers. They work you to death. I signed up for M-F 8-5 and they tried to eventually make it M-Sunday 8-8 with a very very POOR notice. Some supervisors don’t do there job but expect new hires coming in to do their job for them. If you have no life outside of work and I mean NO life this is the place for you. By far my worst job experience and I thought I had worse! They take on way too much work. We had about 50 employees total at my office and we were handling 4+ insurance company claims, etc. Everyone literally was learning as we go and they have new people train new people which is completely backwards to me. This job just throws u around everywhere multiple times a day without training you. You get no recognition for meeting your team or personal quota for the day or even going above and beyond. Also there’s a handful of employees that got fired (with no explanation) for expressing their concerns with the management. Over bad experience. RUN!
