      Really good benefits, pay comparatively low, but mandatory extra hours make up the difference.

      Cons

      Management, from Corp on down, lie even when there is no reason to. Communication is generally poor.

      I have worked with Copart less than 1 year Good learning curve Management so supportive from India and USA Advanced Technology and tools Work Life Balance WFM facility Good Hikes

      Not in all teams of Copart but in MAS QA Team in India has worst POC's and their politics never seen in my career , POC's behaves like they are managers and shows bossism on employees POC's doesn't know Professional culture learn let others learn This is the case where Copart losing talents , many people went out of the Copart for this reason I'm one among them
