      This job is benefited, good if you like having a routine, supervisors reward good work with gift cards, parties, and food. You have an opportunity to learn a lot about different vehicle makes and models.

      Cons

      Big drawback is working outdoors and high turnover. This leaves the yard with staff shortages a majority of the time.
