      Nice professional empathic team in the German office. Flexible with day-offs, day schedules, remote work, vacations, etc.

      A lot of low-quality legacy code. Slow communication with other departments (US and Indian).

      Not a con, it’s common in most of the companies since we need to collaborate with different country teams as per the project, need to have frequent meetings in the evenings in case of an ongoing project. but management is trying to tackle this in their best ways
