      Pros

      In my honest opinion, after working for 28+ years in 4 countries, 15+ years in the US, 4 in GULF, Africa, and India, 6 big companies: Copart is a very forward-looking company, it provides a very good work environment, always takes care of employees, adopts the latest technology, very focused approach, salaries are better or at par with the industry level and moreover, Copart has always been a profitable company, never comes under the strain of financial crisis situation. People with technical mindset would find Copart IT as a Career Abode, they get good opportunities to apply their technical acumen and get the attention of the Leadership team.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything negative. Only, not known to many in the IT space.

      *Latest tools and technology * Management gives you freedom to provide your inputs in tools selection and always give ears to all your concerns *Good Pay and nice Group medical insurance *All teams at one place, so easily approachable for any issues.

      Cons

      As it is a new office setup in Hyderabad so still in growing phase and of course growing fast.
