      Pros

      Depending on your state, the entry level front line/non-management pay is good. Some positive company culture. Company is continuously attempting to improve it's processes. Company has a great product and marketing agenda. Good employee stock purchasing plan.

      Cons

      Work load, upper/senior management, questionable product presentation tactics, some policies/procedures change too often making it challenging to stay on task. And, low management pay.

      Lies! You are simply a number to this employer! They only care about how you can make them money, that is it! Upper management -good ole boy system, demean and walk all over the employees to get ahead Back stabbing, there is no TEAM environment here!
