      Can't trust management

      Management was very deceptive when it came to the interview. Promised a lot of things but delivered on none. Did the work of an entire crew and was told that "people don't think that anything gets done" by me. (Ran a sub yard all by myself) No team atmosphere, but a lot of back stabbing. Office manager was a bully, as she'd yell and belittle office staff in front of customers and other employees. Management does some very shady things like hiding vehicles for customers that were to be repossessed by a larger competitor auction for non payment, and then removing any race of them from the records.

      Few pros other than some decent co workers amd free parking

      Cons

      Most toxic and back stabbing atmosphere in the IT area. You are told one thing by one higher up who leaves then somebody else comes through the revolving door and totally changes the course and information. No regards for employees and will hire and fire in a whim. IT management from top down to managers lie and will do whatever it takes to cover themselves. This company is a mess and even Human Resources is of no help whatsoever. Run away from this company there are too many other opportunities around
