      Base line salary is on par with competitors

      Cons

      As a manager expected to work above the standard 8-5, with no additional pay, TOIL or sickness pay. Pension is not industry standard and medical benefits are poor. Standard high street voucher package is lauded but virtually every large employer offers those.
