Worst company ever I worked. 0% employee centric company. Slavery at peaks. Managers behave like slaves to states side leadership. Makes agents feels like how slavery was under British rule. States side leadership is worst and doesn't care at all and just rules as they want and how they want. They just care to make people work more and more. And threaten to sack agents. No job security at all. No job perks at all. I have worked with states side clients before as well in other companies like cognizant and Genpact and goc. It was best experience. Copart is the worst decision of my career. Whoever reading this, please believe and wait for a good opportunity rather suffering here.

Nothing wrong with the management at the local yard level, but horrible corporate management. They do not respect their employees, employees denied essential equipment.
