      Pros

      Excellent learning opportunity. Very technically sound managers. Good support for upper management and learning and growth opportunity is tremendous. Talent is easily recognized and appreciated. They involve us in learning, delivering ideas, team outings, and so on, and also the company provides work from a home policy which is really good.

      Cons

      The work environment is very fast-paced and a little stressful.
