      Pros

      I have been working at Copart for the last 2 years as a QA.I believe it was a good company to begin with but IT department was lagging behind till the new CTO came on board.He is a true visionary he revolutionized the whole IT department.I am working with a great team and an equally awesome manager.You are free to ask questions and your ideas are appreciated.

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of .Some minor things can be improved like bonus but the company is doing its best to work on employee satisfaction.

      Nice company to work! Web development work working in Agile Scrum team.

      Cons

      None. Perks + benefits were good including transportation. Nothing cons from my side.

      Fast Paced Copart

      Pros

      Team is full of passionate techies. I am learning a lot from all these guys. Fast paced. Days go by very fast. Feels good most of the time. Lot of positive feedback from the business folks.

      Cons

      No break between big projects. Benefits need to be better. 401K is just barely okay. ESPP is good but I am not eligible yet. I don't know why we have to wait a year for that.
