Its a very employee friendly company and you would always find it easy to reach the management for any help. The Key to success for Copart are its employees and the Management definitely know on how to treat they employee's which respect and also help them grow along with the Organization. Special Shout Out to my Manager Ramakanth and the HR team who has always been there to help me.
