      Great company to work for if you're not a drama queen

      Pros

      Recession proof company with a great management team that knows their market. It's a company that promotes from within, and rewards hard work. Culture is important to this company, the people who don't make it are the one's who don't bleed blue.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say. The only negatives come from disgruntled former employees.

      Pros

      Working at Copart I feel like I am part of a family. It's a truly friendly atmosphere, and there are great opportunities for advancement. There is a great innovations program, and all employees are encouraged to submit their ideas for consideration, many of which are acted on and implemented. Compensation also seems to be above average.

      Cons

      The only negative comment that I have is lack of paid time off. You have to accumulate vacation hours over the first 12 months of employment, so that can be a challenge.

      Pros

      I love Copart. I wish I could stay, but I need to work on starting my career now that I have completed my degree. The people are great, both fellow employees and the customers you interact with every day. The health insurance is pretty good. Days off accrue if you don't use them, which is pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Retirement benefits are pretty poor. There isn't much room for growth, unless you are interested in management. Like all customer service positions, things can get pretty hectic, and you might need to really work to keep a level head.
