      Working from Home, Good Temporary Job while you are looking for somthing else. Decent benefits.

      No communication or training. Pay structure is horrible.

      Pros

      Good medical and dental benefits.

      Cons

      Many promises were made upfront, most of which have been forgotten or eliminated completely. Poor management, and too many managers making rules and changes to schedules, pay cuts, and job duties. Ethical business practices are not practiced internally, and I'm not sure anyone in the company even knows where to find the company code of ethics.

      Pros

      Regional Purcasing Directors are very easy to work for and are very helpful in all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Upper management is absolutely clueless about how to successfully run a used car purchasing program. Lots of upper management pushing pens and paper.
