      Pros

      Good Work/Life Balance. Love the atmosphere and the benefits. there will be late night/early morning calls as we closely work with US (Dallas)team but you can take it from home so I don't think it is a con... growing company

      Good career opportunities You will get exposure to work on latest technologies Work From Home is allowed Work Life Balance No office politics Good management Friendly People All teams at one place, so easily approachable for any issues Salaries are better or at par with the industry level.

      Cons

      No internal cafeteria. Need to centralize the AC.
