Pros

There are some very talented, hard working individuals there that have been a pleasure and an honor to work with. Too bad none of them are in charge of the place.

Cons

It is ran by executives that think their ideas are so brilliant that they don’t have to consider the customer, the economy or market demand into the equation, they just make their magic decision based on ego and fairy dust and expect it to succeed and when it doesn’t, some low man on the totem pole that probably didn't agree with them in the first place gets axed. Oh no, that couldn’t be, because anyone that doesn’t agree with the execs automatically gets axed, no matter if they are right or wrong. Guess what guys, you are running out of people to axe and now that you’re going to Texas, the board will see exactly who they have running this disaster.

Pros

They provide you with lunch sometimes and some jobs allow you to work remotely

Cons

Everything. Upper management is racist and they pick and chose who they like

Pros

I enjoyed being outside most of the time.

Cons

Consistently changing work standards. horrible leadership that doesn't care about anything except how they look, they will make you look worse on annual review so they don't have to give you as much of a pay raise. Employees there consistently steal stuff from the vehicles. They throw away personal items. Vehicles are marked as run and drive even though there's no wheels. Violate state and federal laws by telling their employees they're not allowed to speak to each other about their reprimands even though the policy clearly states that it is the leadership that shouldn't be talking to others about write ups they have conducted. Customer service is a joke there. Yard supervisor tried to detain all employees at end of day to get numbers of received cars but didn't tell us to count at all so nobody had account and then he said no one's allowed to leave until he has everyone's count. No advancement opportunities at all unless you want to be a loader operator. Legal assistance benefits in the employee guide won't tell you this but it is only for criminal legal assistance and not family legal assistance. Wasted my money on that.
