      Pros

      The main people are very helpful and make a good team across the yards and head office. But the directors do not recognise the people who make a difference. A good company.

      Pros

      Employees at company are easy to get along with and friendly.

      Cons

      A lot gossip for a small company. Would be nice to see everyone working together instead of people talking about others when they are out if the office. A lot work to be find but this company had potential if Management stands behind what they state they are going to do.

      Pros

      Recession proof company with a great management team that knows their market. It's a company that promotes from within, and rewards hard work. Culture is important to this company, the people who don't make it are the one's who don't bleed blue.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say. The only negatives come from disgruntled former employees.
