Pros

They do hire fast, and they interview is easy.

Cons

The training is someone reading documents and powerpoints to you , and it is not minimal information IT IS A LOT !! They tell you during the interview certain shifts that they can give you and then tell you weeks into training no sorry. They only care about the employees who have been there longer and those who have family working there as well. I have voiced my concerns to four different people for over a week and no one has reached out.

Pros

Remote is the only pro

Cons

Quality audits are impossible to satisfy. No room for dl advancement. The quality audits are there to fail you so they can let you go because meeting their expectations are impossible.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro

Cons

Lack of training. Outrageous expectations. Low pay to start out and pay raises that are pennies on the dollar. The call auditors are a group of immature girls that pick and choose the calls and if you get on their bad side, they will see to it that you fail. Definitely a very toxic company to work for.
