They need to hold their managers accountable for their toxic behaviors. How do you come back from FMLA and be told that you were on "vacation". How do you continue to employ people who would prefer that you come in to work, sweating, throwing up sick because they are out of PTO? It is not a great place to work. If you don't drink the Kool aid you become the object of someone's undivided attention and if you try to ask for reasonable assistance you get terminated. Yep. Nope.

The level of stress is unsustainable. Expectations are unacheivable. Leadership from C-suite to Regional Management is mediocre and draconian. Management style is to ram it down, rather than think it through. Push harder rather than find efficiencies. At some point no amount of pay can compensate you for the mind bending stress. If you want PTSD, work here, all joking aside.
