      Fast Paced Great environment to learn and grow if you are just starting.

      Cons

      Life in most facilities are super stressful, because the company operates on a tight staffing model. Management pays lip service to valuing its employees. Disconnect between corporate management and field operations. Scapegoating of field operation managers when things don't go as planned.

      Management doesn't back up supervisors even when it is life or death , if u get in trouble at work as far as being threatened or stalked the managers dont care call police...i got jumped on by two guys on lunch and got fired but i informed management about problem they did nothing lucky the police came beware of company. ...
