      Pros

      Your paycheck will not bounce, be grateful they aren't open 24/7.

      Cons

      This culture is the most toxic, selfish, and depressing I've ever had to work with...CEO is a sociopath, his father in law put him in charge as this guy couldn't earn any respect anywhere else. VP's are back stabbing ungrateful people, the people that truly built the company have all fled for the exits. RoboRegional is an underling willing to carry out whatever dirty deeds his handlers desire...sad man...sad little polyester pants little man. Run for the door, you can definetly do better, dont make the mistake I did.

      Pros

      great teamwork - easy to learn and catch up to speed - very understanding management - great communication between management and employees.

      Cons

      no cons working from home (as long as you stay focused and remember just because you work from home you do still have a job and goal to reach) - working in office their will be times where you may feel belittled but in my personal experience not all locations are like this - depends on the area.

      Call audits jeopardize your job. I understand the meaning of customer service, however to be made to sound like a robot by one of Copart's sellers us absolutely ridiculous. One seller should not determine if you are going to keep your job. Even if your production is exceptional, you offer to work overtime, and step up when extra assistance is required; the call audits will cause your job to be in jeopardy.
