Pros

A career at Copart is what you make it depending on your availability to move and drive to succeed. Fair pay for AGM and below. Freedom to implement your own management style. Training is plentiful and has come a long way.

Cons

Micromanaging a growing concern. Goals are rarely clearly defined, and the ebb and flow of importance for each varies greatly without warning. Internal audits feel highly opinionated, rather than being facts based. Like many corporations, Copart always pushes for doing more with less, working off of an antiquated staffing model.
