      Worked with a lot of nice people

      Cons

      Over worked - mandatory OT (even though you're told at the beginning that you wouldn't be part of mandatory OT your first month while you're still learning). Under paid for amount of work. Unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      With my experience at Copart, you're guaranteed 40 hours (and overtime opportunities too), there's enough to work to keep you busy all day.

      Cons

      There's so many dumb rules, you're constantly dealing with grumpy members, adjusters, and owners. Lots of stress. Not paid nearly enough

      There are opportunities for leadership, but its not always based on merit and hard work

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for professional growth. Upper management only cares about hitting their numbers. Not exactly a technology company, but pretends to be one. Expecting way too much and not enough incentive for employees
