      Get to meet some interesting customers

      Management was very deceptive when it came to the interview. Promised a lot of things but delivered on none. Did the work of an entire crew and was told that "people don't think that anything gets done" by me. (Ran a sub yard all by myself) No team atmosphere, but a lot of back stabbing. Office manager was a bully, as she'd yell and belittle office staff in front of customers and other employees. Management does some very shady things like hiding vehicles for customers that were to be repossessed by a larger competitor auction for non payment, and then removing any race of them from the records.

      Great company, amazing benefits, room to grow, vacation and sick time accrues every 90 days, offers 401k and stock purchase

      Cons

      Management goes to sleep on job and allows certain employees to do it too, Lack of communication with management, a lot of drama within the office, unprofessional surroundings, always receive last minute info on schedule changes

      Not a bad job unless promoted to a manager then its dog eat dog

      Everyone is easily replaceable no matter how devoted you are to the company. I worked theer for 14 years. Should have stayed a dispatcher instead of being talked into office manager. My AGM Set me up to get fired and no one would listen to my side of the story. He was fired soon after as was caught setting up his Manager. After 14 years no one cared about anything I had every done for the company. Really messed me up for a while but was a blessing in disguise. Now work for a great company who apprciates who I am and what I do.
