      Pros

      Copart provides a great technical pool to learn and excel to your career. Learning curve will be go good. Chances are high for interns to get converted to fultime. Friendly atmosphere and great team work.

      Cons

      Work load will be little high but that will make us grow fast in career which should be acceptable

      Pros

      Lot of scope to learn and work on new technologies. Seniors are very friendly and guide well. Competitive teams.

      Cons

      Too focused on cost cuttings. Lots of work with close deadlines. Low pay hike.

      Pros

      IT is integral to the business and is making a difference. Engineers are really good. They know their stiff. And, projects get done. Not like other IT teams that I worked in. Very different feel.

      Cons

      Lot of Open source technologies. So, you can't count on vendor support. Workload is high and non-stop. Lack of diversity but it doesn't bother me personally.
