Pros

Here’s a clean, to-the-point version suitable for a Glassdoor review: • Great place if you prefer a consistent 9 to 5 schedule • Stable company with very few layoffs • Laid-back environment typical of a manufacturing setting • Supportive and easy to work with colleagues

Cons

1. Compensation is ok 2. Location is a drawback, Sidney is a very small town; you’ll likely spend weekends in Columbus, Dayton, or Cincinnati. 3. Good learning curve for the first 1–2 years, but long-term growth opportunities are limited. 4. No bonus program or stock options. 5. Company does not offer visa sponsorship for international candidates. 6. After-hours calls with international teams.

Pros

Learn an amazing amount in a face paced production environment. I have gained more leadership, teamwork, and technical experience in a short period of time than I believe most people do in decades.

Cons

No real room for growth one you hit a mid-level position. Salary pay raises are respectable and consistent but the only way to see large changes is to enter upper management. Those positions rarely open.
